→ Translation: "This is popular. You should care so you don't feel left out."

Ask: Does this actually help me live, build, or heal? If not, let it pass.

"This is going viral."

→ Translation: "This is spreading fast. You should spread it too."

Ask: Who benefits if I share this? Me, or the platform?

"Everyone is talking about this."

→ Translation: "If you don't join in, you're out of the loop."

Ask: Do I even want to be in this loop?

If a post doesn't feed your mind, your craft, your peace, or your people — you're allowed to mute it, unfollow it, or delete it from your world.

Things you can actually do, right now, without a journal, a mat, or a retreat.

30-Second Screen Reset

Before you open any app:

01.Stop with your thumb hovering over it.
02.Take one slow breath in and one slow breath out.
03.Ask: What am I looking for? Why?

If you don't like the answer, close the phone. Autopilot breaks the moment you bring awareness in.

Three-Breath Nervous System Reset

For when everything hits at once.

01.Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
02.Hold for 4.
03.Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8.
04.Repeat 3 times.

On the last exhale, ask: What actually needs my attention right now, and what can wait?
