Validate your drop point before submission. Apartment numbers. Unit numbers. Complete data. We cannot deploy to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or restricted zones. A compromised address breaks the signal — rerouting is impossible once in motion.
Once released to the network, the transit is monitored by external networks. Monitor coordinates directly with the carrier. We hold no liability for intercepted, lost, or delayed assets.
Some artifacts require time to materialize. 2—4 months. Not delayed — in development. The signal takes time to take form. Sovereign assets cannot be recalled or refunded during fabrication. This applies to pre-order items only.
Defective or compromised artifacts must be signaled to info@obaydidream.com within 48 hours of tactical delivery. Garments must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and secured in all original packaging with tags intact. Once worn, the artifact becomes part of your story. It cannot return to ours.
Archive sales, discounted pieces, limited drops, and promo-coded acquisitions are locked. Non-refundable unless damaged on arrival. Once claimed, they are yours.
If an artifact goes out of stock post-purchase, you will be notified immediately. That specific item will be wiped from your invoice and refunded.
Signal info@obaydidream.com with your order number, a brief description, and photo evidence if compromised. Once approved, the refund will route strictly to your original payment method. For exchanges, return transit logistics are on you.
