Every OBAY DI DREAM Artifact is built with intention — not just to be worn, but to be lived with. Once it leaves us, it carries meaning. So, the rules are firm — to protect the integrity of the work, and the identity it represents.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REVIEW
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@obaydidream.com within 2 days of delivery.
The item must remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original packaging, labels, and security tags intact.
Once those elements are removed, altered, or worn — the Artifact becomes part of your story, and cannot return to ours.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
FINAL SALE. All items marked sale, discounted, limited release, or purchased with promo codes are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
These pieces exist in limited frequency. Once claimed, they are yours.
IF AN ITEM BECOMES UNAVAILABLE
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after purchase, we will notify you promptly and refund that item only.
Alignment first, then movement.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email info@obaydidream.com with your order number and a brief description (plus photos if damaged).
2. Our team will review and notify you of next steps.
3. If approved, refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Processing timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
4. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
ONCE IT LEAVES US
Once scanned and accepted by the carrier, the package is in transit — and outside our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, and we strongly recommend tracking your return.
